This is the card I made for my sisters birthday (October 31). I used Simon Says IF THE HAT FITS stamp and die set to create these witches hats. I colored them with varies markers. After cutting them out with the die, I went around the edge with a black marker to hid the white space. I created a background with water colors and cut it out with the stitched rectangle die. I added orange stars to the background. I created this for National Card Making Day 2017.
